In parallel with panel fab, programming of PLC’s and the operator interface software is accomplished by Bauman personnel. This would include details such as; security requirements for the data acquisition/control operator interface, the design of operator interface displays and the design of periodic or management reports.

Significant involvement and acceptance of the operator interface design by the client is achieved to obtain a system that operates smoothly and efficiently.

Panel Fabrication

Control Panel Fabrication is done in our shop in accordance with the client’s approved drawings.

The panel fab shop is UL 508A approved to manufacture both industrial control panels and flame control panels.

Control panels are powered up and tested for functionality prior to shipment.
